Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Policy
All Sales Final: Once customers make a purchase on Kazini.today, they will not be able to return the product for a replacement or refund.
No Cash Refunds: No monetary refunds will be given for any reason. However, alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges.
Exchange-Only Policy: Customers may exchange items they wish to return/upgrade, but they cannot receive a monetary refund.
Exceptions: In exceptional cases (e.g., product defects), Kazini.today reserves the right to make individual decisions regarding refunds or exchanges.
Our non- refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any exchange.
