Job Description

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership and Governance
• Collaborate with the Board to develop and execute the club’s strategic vision and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the Board and club staff, ensuring decisions are implemented
effectively.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on club operations, financial performance, and key
initiatives to the Board.
2. Membership Management
• Oversee membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with members, addressing concerns promptly to ensure high
satisfaction levels.
• Curate exclusive events and experiences tailored to the club’s diverse membership base.
3. Operations and Facility Management
• Ensure the smooth running of all club facilities, including restaurants, bars, meeting rooms,
gym, spa, and conference spaces.
• Supervise department heads to maintain excellent service standards across all areas.
• Implement best practices for maintenance, security, and compliance with health and safety
regulations.
4. Financial Oversight
• Develop and manage the club’s annual budget in collaboration with the finance team.
• Monitor revenue streams and control expenses to ensure profitability.
• Lead efforts to diversify income sources, including private event hosting and sponsorships.
5. Team Leadership and Development
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and
accountability.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Encourage professional growth and continuous learning within the team.
6. Marketing and Public Relations
• Enhance the club’s visibility and appeal through targeted marketing campaigns and
partnerships.
• Represent the club in media, public forums, and industry associations to uphold its prestige.
• Ensure the club maintains a modern and appealing digital presence, including website and
social media platforms.

Key Qualifications

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 8 years in a similar or senior management role within the
hospitality, leisure, or private club sector.
• Strong background in financial management, operations, and customer service.
